Role Overview

As a Data Architect / Senior Data Architect , you’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data platforms leveraging Azure, Databricks, and GenAI technologies .

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—data scientists, developers, and business leaders—to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative data solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement data platforms using Azure and the Databricks ecosystem.

Lead end-to-end Data Lakehouse projects , including Medallion Architecture implementation.

Drive hands-on development using PySpark, SQL, and DevOps (CI / CD) best practices.

Build and optimize metadata-driven frameworks and data models (Dimensional & 3NF).

Collaborate across teams to design AI / GenAI-powered data solutions .

Mentor and guide data engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Contribute to organization-wide initiatives in capability building, architecture governance, and solution innovation.

Must-Have Skills

Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, Workflows)

PySpark & SQL – advanced data transformation and performance tuning

Azure Services – ADF, ADLS Gen2, Event Hub, Stream Analytics

DevOps / CI-CD Pipelines – Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

Data Modeling – Dimensional & 3NF

Gen AI / LLM-based application development
