Job descriptionExcellent listening and communication skills. Emotionally mature, compassionate, and patient personality. Fluent in English and / or Hindi (knowing regional languages is a plus). Background in psychology, counseling, mental health, or just a natural empath. Available for at least 4–6 hours per week. Experience in mental health NGOs, peer support groups, or counseling helplines. Certification in active listening, psychology, or related fields. Be part of a movement making emotional wellness accessible to all. Free training on active listening & empathy. Flexible hours — work from anywhere. A meaningful experience that truly impacts lives. - Follow HearZu’s conversation ethics and confidentiality standards.
- Attend short training / orientation sessions before going live.
