Role Description

We are looking for passionate and experienced

AI / ML professionals

who are willing to share their industry knowledge, guide aspiring learners, and help them become job-ready.

As a

Mentor , you will provide practical insights, interview preparation support, and real-world project guidance to students and working professionals looking to grow in the AI / ML field.

Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 or group mentorship sessions on AI / ML concepts, tools, and frameworks.

Guide mentees through

hands-on projects

based on real-world industry scenarios.

Offer

career and interview preparation

support (mock interviews, resume tips, etc.).

Share the

best practices , coding standards, and problem-solving approaches used in top organizations.

Help learners stay up-to-date with latest

AI / ML trends, tools, and technologies .

Qualifications

Minimum

8+ years of professional experience , including

4+ years in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science .

Proven expertise in

core AI / ML concepts , such as model development, training, deployment, and data-driven problem-solving.

Hands-on proficiency with

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn , or similar ML frameworks and tools.

Experience working on

end-to-end AI / ML projects

— from data preprocessing to model evaluation and deployment.

Strong understanding of

industry best practices , emerging trends, and modern AI / ML workflows.

Excellent

communication and mentoring skills

to guide diverse talent across technical and non-technical domains.

Ability to

review, design, or develop technical projects and assignments

aligned with current AI / ML standards.

Flexible availability to

mentor remotely , dedicating a few hours per week to support mentees’ growth and career goals.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines

preferred.
