Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager (Voice & SMS) at Stellar Mobile Services Limited. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling client communications, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring voice and SMS services, analyzing performance metrics, resolving any issues that arise, and developing strategies to enhance client success. Additionally, the Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions and ensure timely delivery of services.
