What You’ll Own

Program Management & Weekly Cadence

Run and own weekly meetings — ensuring updates are captured, tracked, and acted upon.

Document weekly progress and share it with relevant stakeholders.

Standardized Reporting & Metrics

Build and implement reporting templates for hiring, sourcing, and closures.

Create weekly dashboards to track performance and activity.

Drive consistency to enable better visibility and faster decision-making.

Tools & ATS Ownership

Ensure smooth usage of ATS, Naukri, Instahyre, and LinkedIn.

Maintain adoption and data hygiene through audits and refresher trainings.

Identify gaps and propose automation or AI-driven improvements to boost efficiency.

Calendar & Meeting Management

Maintain structured calendars across the team.

Manage schedules for the leadership team.

Recruitment Coordination & Validation

Partner with leadership on critical hiring.

Coordinate and schedule senior leadership conversations.

Best Practices & Process Improvements

Attend leadership meetings, capture process gaps, and implement fixes.

Translate vision into actionable steps for the team.

Maintain SOPs and continuously optimize workflows to reduce manual work.

Constantly identify gaps to make the company operationally efficient.

Account Management

Act as the bridge between consultants and the internal team.

Ensure seamless communication and timely updates.

Track and drive consultant contributions to revenue targets.
