The Job

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Source prospective candidates using provided databases by engaging them over calls.
  • Present the opportunity clearly and guide decision-makers toward actionable steps.
  • Develop a tailored strategy for each interaction, ensuring meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes.
  • Build a strong knowledge base to address queries effectively and create influential relationships with candidates and their guardians.
  • Counsel candidates with a balanced approach, emphasizing benefits and addressing concerns without aggressive selling tactics.

    Eligibility Criteria :

  • Qualification :  Any Graduation
  • Experience :  0-4 years
  • Salary Budget :  ₹2.5 LPA - ₹4 LPA
  • Location :  Jayanagar, Bangalore
  • Notice Period :  Immediate Joiners or a Maximum of 15 Days
  • Multiple languages will be added advantage
  • Proficiency in sales and building customer relationships.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
