About the Role :

We’re looking for a passionate Backend Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable systems, and contributing to robust product development. You’ll collaborate with our product and frontend teams to deliver high-performance and efficient backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with development teams and product managers to design and implement software solutions.
Develop and manage efficient databases and backend applications.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs.
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems.

Requirements & Skills :

4+ years of proven experience in backend or full-stack web development.

Strong proficiency in Python or Ruby on Rails and solid understanding of C and JavaScript .

Experience with databases such as MySQL , MongoDB , or other NoSQL systems.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).

Good understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx).

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and innovation.
