Identify business growth opportunities across the zone, build direct / channel / new client acquisition strategies and tap white and grey space opportunities to achieve zonal targets.
Augment the business volumes by working on the secondary and tertiary sales through the sales team.
Ensure achievement of project sales revenue by ensuring robust pipeline and establishing direct connect with key developers and specifiers.
Drive relationships with key Distributors, faster TAT and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the client base of the Region / Zone.
Scan the zonal market and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the mortgage segment to the head office.
Engage with channel partners and develop a touch point management system for faster customer connectivity.
Work towards ensuring sales force capability development by providing necessary inputs to the HR Team and ensuring regular training and development interventions.
Provide short- and long-term market forecasts; generate customer insight to shape future products.
Conduct engagement programs and sales training to develop channel partners.
Desired Candidate Profile :
12+ years of experience in Retail Sales
Background in Water Solutions / Bathroom Fittings / Paints / Construction Chemicals / Sanitaryware industries
Proven experience in managing multiple states and leading a sales team
