Expert in Golang microservices (Gorilla Mux, gRPC), MongoDB, AWS (EKS / Lambda / API Gateway), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI / CD, and observability (OpenTelemetry, Datadog). Skilled in Terraform, cloud deployments, performance optimization, TDD, SonarQube, RCA, and code quality. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Nice to have experience with EV telematics, payment gateways, frontend (Vue / React), and Agile / SAFe environments.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in building scalable server-side applications, designing robust APIs, and working with relational databases. Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using GoLang.
• Lead the development and delivery of cloud-native Golang microservices on AWS.
• Define and document architecture patterns, data flows, and deployment strategies.
• Manage CI / CD lifecycle automation and infrastructure readiness for production releases.
• Implement real-time monitoring dashboards and alerting for key microservices.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize throughput across application layers.
• Mentor and guide offshore developers, reviewing code and supporting continuous learning.
• Partner with QA and DevOps to streamline testing, deployment, and environment management.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security throughout the software lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for observability, automation, and process efficiency.
• Mentor offshore teams and enforce best practices around TDD, SonarQube, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align deliverables with business and technical objectives.

Good to have Skills : - EV Telematics Integration, Payment Gateway Experience (Stripe, Zuora, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto), Frontend Exposure (Vue.Js / React.Js), Agile / SAFe Environment Experience.
