Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute plant engineering designs to develop efficient structural design concepts
- Review structural design basis for compliance with contractual specifications and relevant structural codes
- Analyze Staad and connection files for accuracy and integrity of designs
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design consistency and quality
- Manage and contribute to international projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
