We are in an exciting growth phase and looking for adynamic Marketing Managerto lead ourB2B B2C and D2Cmarketing initiatives especially focusing onnew product launchesandbrand buildingin domestic and international :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B B2C and D2C channels to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Plan and implement new product launch campaigns - from market research to go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with sales production and distribution teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to implement regional campaigns and promotional offers.
- Drive in-store promotions branding and consumer engagement activities across retail outlets.
- Identify new market opportunities partnerships and distribution channels for both domestic and export markets.
- Manage brand positioning packaging and promotional activities for the product portfolio.
- Track and analyze marketing ROI campaign performance and consumer insights.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization.
- Supervise external agencies creative partners and digital teams for campaign execution.
- Build and nurture relationships with retailers distributors and online platforms for product visibility and sales growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 510 years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages preferably Spices or related categories .
- Proven track record in B2B B2C and D2C marketing especially in startup environments or new brand launches .
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics .
- Excellent communication negotiation and team leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and execution skills.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in launching new food or FMCG brands from scratch.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Flipkart BigBasket etc.) .
- Experience in channel marketing and trade promotions .
