About the Role :

The objective of the job is to improve sales of Personal Loans through the FinTech channels through on-boarding new channels & improving productivity in the existing channels.

Responsibilities :

Improve the distribution of Personal Loan through partnering with top FinTech in the country.

Improve the sales numbers through existing & new Fintech channels.

Minimum 30 crore productivity per KAM is expected.

Tech understanding – developing new journeys through market mapping, improvement in the current journeys – best practices followed in the industry.

Should be well versed with the language of the lender – should have basic understanding of the portfolio terminologies.

Qualifications : Minimum MBA.

Required Skills :

Candidate must have knowledge of the PL industry.

Must have worked with at least 1 top lender or 1 top Fintech.

Must know the processes followed in the industry by different lenders & FinTech.

Must have basic understanding of call center functioning.

Must be proficient in MS tools.

Must have good communication & presentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

At least 2+ years of experience such as Key Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Partnership Manager, Business Development Manager roles.
