Experience in Handling Multinationa Corporates and New Age corporates is Mandatory.
Job Description :
- Manage and strengthen relationships with corporates under the WBG (Wholesale Banking Group) for the Corporate Employee Solutions (CES) business.
- Coordinate with the channel team for participation in corporate induction programs to source new accounts.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities and co-origination efforts for New-To-Bank (NTB) accounts.
- Manage relationships with both New-To-Bank (NTB) and Existing-To-Bank (ETB) corporates under the COCO (Corporate Connect) program.
- Conduct senior management meetings with corporates and handle relationship management, including personal banking solutions for Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
- Plan and execute meetings between Branch Banking senior officials and corporate clients.
- Coordinate sourcing and servicing for multi-location corporates across the team.
- Organize desk-based activities and themed engagement plans within mapped corporates.
- Drive revival initiatives for inactive or blocked corporates under the COCO program.
