Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to grow liabilities business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through portfolio management, third party products, and fixed deposits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates.
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or similar role.Strong understanding of Casa Sales, Current Account, Liability Products, Retail Liabilities, Retail Branch Banking, sales, Branch Banking, CASA / Current / Retail Banking / Liabilities / Fixed Deposits / Branch Sales / Portfolio Management / Third Party Products.Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with HNI / NRI clients.
