CAD Design Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced CAD Engineer with SolidWorks expertise for a full-time, on-site position in our Hyderabad office. This role involves developing precise CAD models, preparing technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design concepts, and ensuring designs adhere to project requirements and quality standards. The CAD Engineer will also conduct feasibility studies, analyze designs, and make improvements where necessary, with a strong focus on efficiency and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software with in-depth knowledge of SolidWorks
• Skills in product design, drafting, and creating detailed technical drawings
• Experience in mechanical design and knowledge of industrial materials and manufacturing processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve design-related challenges
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in engineering documentation standards and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in harness or cabling design is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of industry-relevant software and tools is beneficial
