Job descriptionProvide guidance on technical architecture, design decisions, and best practices for cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize project outcomes. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare projects. Drive Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and architects to deliver high-quality releases. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Maintain clear and continuous communication with business stakeholders and technical teams. Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, issues, and escalations, and recommend solutions. Align project goals with organizational strategy and healthcare compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, team productivity, and product quality. Promote best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based solution delivery. Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, decisions, and project artifacts.
