Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions divestitures and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In deal valuation at PwC you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers acquisitions and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.

Responsibilities :

Good academic track record and strong work ethic. An understanding of valuation including cost of capital DCF and other valuation tools. Attention to detail. Self-motivated attitude and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced skills set in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint; exposure to databases such as Bloomberg Capitaline etc. is a plus. Internship experience in valuations / corporate finance space is a plus but not required.
