Key Responsibilities :
Content Writing :
Develop, write, and edit
blogs, articles, website content, case studies, whitepapers, press releases , and
email campaigns .
Write and edit content copy for Social Media
Create compelling
B2B and B2C content
for IT products, services, and solutions.
Translate complex technical topics into
clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content .
Collaborate with design and tech teams to produce
visual + written marketing materials .
Ensure all content aligns with
brand tone, messaging, and SEO best practices .
Podcast & CXO Engagement :
Coordinate and interact with IT CXOs, industry leaders, and senior executives for podcast recordings and interviews.
Assist in research, scripting, and content development for podcast episodes.
Manage communication and scheduling for podcast guests in collaboration with the marketing team.
Represent the brand professionally and confidently during CXO interactions and recordings.
Social Media Management :
Plan, create, and manage daily posts across
LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook , and
YouTube .
Develop
monthly social media calendars
and campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
Monitor
social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates .
Run and analyse
paid and organic campaigns
for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Respond to followers, manage community engagement, and maintain brand consistency.
SEO & Analytics : Optimize content for
search engines (SEO)
and track performance using
Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs .
Research keywords and implement them naturally in website and blog content.
Prepare monthly reports on
content performance and social media growth metrics .
Requirements : Master’s degree
in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
2-4 years
of experience in
content writing and social media management , preferably in the
IT or technology sector .
Excellent
command of English —both written and verbal.
Creative mindset and out-of-box thinker
Strong understanding of
IT products, SaaS, software development, and tech industry trends .
Proficiency with tools like
Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, WordPress , and
Google Analytics .
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills : Understanding of
LinkedIn algorithms
and content optimization strategies.
Creative thinker with strong
storytelling and branding
abilities.
