Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled BMC Atrium Workflow Automation Engineer . The ideal

candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining BMC

Atrium workflow automation solutions. The candidate should have a strong

understanding of BMC Atrium CMDB, Atrium Orchestrator, and other related BMC

technologies.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement BMC Atrium workflow automation solutions to

meet business requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient

    • workflow automation processes

  • Configure and customize BMC Atrium CMDB and Atrium Orchestrator to automate

    • IT processes

  • Provide technical expertise and support for BMC Atrium workflow automation

    • initiatives

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Atrium workflow automation

    • solutions

  • Document workflows, processes, and configurations

    • Requirements :

  • 3-4 year experience in designing and implementing BMC Atrium workflow

    • automation solutions

  • Strong knowledge of BMC Atrium CMDB, Atrium Orchestrator, and related BMC

    • technologies

  • Proficiency in  PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting , xml, JavaScript, SQL and

    • webservice

  • Experience with IT service management and IT operations management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • BMC Atrium certifications are a plus
