Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Help in organizing training and development programs for staff.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in policy development.
• Assist in payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks.
