Job Summary :
The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data management. This is a remote role ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle HR documentation such as offer letters and contracts.
- Assist with payroll data, attendance, and employee benefits coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
Requirements :
1โ3 years of HR or administrative experience.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office or HRIS systems.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
