About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Servicing & Project Manager . In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, strong client relationships, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Servicing & Account Management :

• Act as the point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-term relationships.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
