As a Digital Advertising Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic networks. Working closely with internal brand teams, creative partners, and analytics experts, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every rupee spent translates into brand impact and business value.
Key Responsibilities :
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for various Aditya Birla brands
Work across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display networks
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency
Collaborate with design and content teams to align creatives with campaign objectives
Present campaign reports and performance insights to internal stakeholders
Stay on top of emerging trends in performance marketing, automation, and targeting strategies
Ideal Candidates Will Have :
3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably with multi-brand or agency experience
Deep understanding of paid media platforms and audience targeting strategies
A strong grasp of analytics and attribution models
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Indian market trends and consumer behavior is highly desirable
