Key Responsibilities :
Customer Query Management : Respond to incoming customer queries across email, live chat, and other social platforms, ensuring high user satisfaction.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Provide accurate information and resolution for user queries regarding the Luna ring in real-time.
Proactive Follow-ups : Ensure timely resolution and proactive communication with users regarding their concerns.
Adaptability : Adapt to different customer needs and adjust responses accordingly, ensuring a tailored experience.
Customer Empathy and Patience : Show understanding and patience, ensuring that users feel heard and valued.
Tonality and Documentation : Maintain a friendly and conversational tone while focusing on enriching the user experience.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, operations and tech team to channel feedback and contribute to product improvement.
Requirements :
Tech Savvy : Comfortable working with tech products and online tools.
1+ years of experience.
Communication Skills : Strong, clear, and friendly communication, as you’ll be serving primarily international users.
Prior Internship Background : Experience in customer experience or community management is a plus.
Discipline and Intent : Must have a strong sense of discipline and the intent to learn and grow
