Officer / Senior Officer - Accounts & Finance

📍 Location : Okhla Delhi | 🏢 Department : Accounts & Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Officer / Senior Officer - Accounts & Finance to join our dynamic team. The role involves handling Accounts Payable, Vendor Invoice Processing, GST Reconciliations, and Reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.

You will be responsible for managing invoice processes, monthly closures, financial reporting, and audits. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and control medical / non-medical invoices with tax compliance.
  • Manage GST / TDS reconciliations and related accounting requirements.
  • Track advances, monitor control accounts, and ensure recovery of debit balances.
  • Handle monthly book closing, expense provisioning, and payments to vendors.
  • Manage CWIP ledgers, asset capitalization, and fixed assets accounting.
  • Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits.
  • Provide accurate MIS reports as per management requirements.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and share payment advice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Supply Chain, Administration, Commercial, Finance, and Stores).

Key Requirements

  • Education : B. Com / M. Com (Commerce graduates).
  • Experience : 3–5 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Accounts Payable.
  • Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tax Compliance, E-way bills, Banking, Microsoft Excel, and accounting standards.
  • Behavioral Skills :
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • High integrity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to motivate team members.
  • Strong attention to detail with time management skills.
