Bachelor(s) degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.Min.experience in industrial safety, preferably in bio-fertilizer, chemical, or agriculture-related manufacturing environments.In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, local safety standards, and environmental regulations.Proven experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.Certification in safety management, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or equivalent is highly desirable.Experience with hazardous materials management, chemical safety, and emergency response planning.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify safety issues and develop effective solutions.Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or other relevant safety and environmental management systemsSkills Required
