Learning Lead (Urgent)

Role : Lead - L&D

Activities :

1. Manage stakeholder relationships across all businesses within VF at HO as well the Zonal level

2. Create and present training activities and outcomes data periodically to CBO / CBO DRs and discuss on way forward

3. Travel across zones to connect with leaders and frontline staff to assess training gaps and best practices

4. Conceptualize new initiatives with defined outcome metrics, and collaborate with zonal training teams to execute the same

5. Collaborate with the ID team to create and review learning content

6. Deliver selected training modules and TTT sessions for other zonal trainers
