Position : Sales and Marketing Officer

Location : Guwahati

CTC : Up to 4 LPA

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Knowledge of the local market in Guwahati is a plus.
  • Graduation is preferred.
