We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting core HR operations, employee engagement, and workforce administration. This position is suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has strong organizational skills, and can build positive relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and smooth integration.
Oversee workforce administration activities such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and manage employee time tracking systems, addressing queries and ensuring adherence to policies.
Partner with leadership to organize employee engagement initiatives and office activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Assist in HR compliance, policy communication, and coordination with payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HR generalist responsibilities.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, or time-tracking tools is a plus.
