We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join the CEO's Office . This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical and communication skills, and an interest in learning how a company is managed from the top.
As part of this program, the trainee will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to support executive-level operations, assist in cross-functional coordination, and contribute to key business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain a behind-the scenes understanding of high-level decision-making, strategic planning, and operational execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external CEO meetings.
- Support in tracking key business priorities, deadlines, and the execution of CEO directives across departments.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to follow up on projects, collect data, and prepare timely updates for the CEO.
- Conduct preliminary research, data analysis, and benchmarking to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Draft meeting minutes, action trackers, and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Support the organization of leadership meetings, stakeholder engagements, and corporate events.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Manage select aspects of calendar coordination, communications, and operational workflows to support the CEO's daily schedule.
