Systems Analyst – Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite (Financials)

We’re looking for an experienced Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials) to join our IT Applications team. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) , partnering with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess, design, and deliver scalable Oracle Financials solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as SME for Oracle Financials modules – GL, Accounting Hub Cloud (AHC), and UCM.
• Provide functional expertise across AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax, Payments, Expenses & Advanced Collections.
• Lead all phases of project delivery : requirements gathering, design (HLD / LLD), build, testing, deployment & post-go-live support.
• Deliver key project artifacts – HLD, LLD, FSD, and TSD.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations (OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Support functional issue resolution, training, and end-user enablement.
• Ensure compliance with audit and financial reporting standards.
