This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in automation-driven environments and want to shape the future of scalable, secure, and intelligent infrastructure platforms . You will build next-gen cloud-native systems, implement AI-powered automation, and drive resilience and efficiency at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Modernization & InfrastructureLead modernization initiatives including containerization, service mesh adoption, and migration to microservices / serverless architectures.Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation for scalable, repeatable deployments.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef .Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO).Automation, CI / CD & OperationsDesign and implement robust CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker .Build self-service DevOps platforms to streamline software delivery across environments.Integrate DevSecOps practices into workflows with tools such as Trivy, Snyk, or Arnica for security and compliance automation.Build internal tools and automation solutions to enhance platform observability and operational efficiency.AI-Powered Automation & ObservabilityApply AI / ML-driven automation for predictive alerting, anomaly detection, auto-scaling, and intelligent incident response.Establish observability standards with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Loki, or Datadog .Drive efforts to build intelligent, self-healing, and cost-optimized platforms in cloud environments.Reliability & CollaborationParticipate in SRE on-call rotations , production support, and post-incident reviews to improve system resilience.Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure alignment on best practices.Mentor junior engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and promote a culture of engineering excellence .Qualifications3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) .Strong background in CI / CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, etc.) and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).Proficiency with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog).Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, cloud-native pub / sub).Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production-grade distributed systems.Good understanding of cloud cost optimization practices.Knowledge of AIOps, anomaly detection, and predictive automation is a plus.Why Join Us?Tackle impactful DevOps and infrastructure challenges at scale.Build infrastructure that powers fast, reliable, and responsible deployment of AI solutions .Be part of a culture that champions engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous learning .Collaborate with architects and leaders on strategic modernization initiatives.Help shape the future of DevOps + AI integration in an innovation-focused environment.
