Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across South India.
Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients in pharma, FMCG, and packaging industries.
Lead regional sales team, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market penetration.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Drive participation in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience :
12–18 years in capital equipment sales, preferably in press and packaging machinery.
Education :
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
Skills :
Strong technical understanding of packaging machinery.
Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
Team leader & go getter
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
