Qualifications & Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in the wedding or event management industry (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Available to work full-time from our Chennai office.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage potential clients within the wedding and event industry.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Present and promote services effectively to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the events and design teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Track and manage leads, proposals, and conversions.
