Associate Director of Sales - Corporate

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate accounts while maintaining and growing existing business.
• Prepare sales action plans, account development plans, and conduct regular sales calls and presentations.
• Participate in sales missions, trade shows, client events, and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
• Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, contract negotiations, and renewals with corporate clients.
• Work closely with revenue management to optimize pricing, packages, and promotions for the corporate segment.
• Team Leadership
• Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor performance through regular reviews, sales reports, and goal tracking.
• Provide training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Revenue & Forecasting
• Assist the Director of Sales in preparing the sales budget and revenue forecast.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies, reporting systems, and brand standards.
• Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns targeting corporate clients.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate guests.
• Represent the hotel in meetings, client presentations, and corporate networking events.
