Please note that this is a Techno-Functional position, with a stronger focus on the technical side.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the following areas : HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader) In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience working across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including : Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop HCM Extract, BI Publisher Reports and HDL loaders to meet business requirements.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, personalization’s and approval workflows is a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities, providing technical support and defect resolution.
• Maintain documentation for all technical artifacts and processes.
