About this role

We are looking for an eCommerce catalog specialist who manages and maintains our online product catalog of IT devices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal presentation for customers.

Key responsibilities include adding and updating product and pricing information, ensuring data quality, optimizing product listings for search and navigation, and collaborating with other teams like marketing and IT to maintain reliable data flows.

You are passionate about the latest models of laptops and IT peripherals, and strive in managing complex data sets peculiar to these products. You are an Excel guru but know how to automate process flows and reporting in a warehouse management and ERP system.

You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, probably reporting to a Head of Product, Pricing or eCommerce.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain the catalogue and SKUs of the existing products (laptops, monitors, desktops, tablets, mobile phones) with the correct sales and purchasing prices, for each country, in line with the local VAT and currencies.
• Maintain the pricing for the add-on IT lifecycle services, tracking the costing over the lifecycle of the IT devices (repairs, disposals, replacements, insurance).
• Implement and verify correct filtering, tagging, and sorting logic to improve how customers find products.
• Work with IT to resolve technical issues related to the catalog and product listings.
• Support the operations and sales team sharing and automating the information flow related to the estimated time of arrivals.
• Create compelling and accurate product copy and ensure a seamless customer experience from discovery to checkout.
• Monitori catalog performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales and engagement.
