Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an admission counselor located in Delhi. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for assisting prospective students with course inquiries, guiding them through the admission process, and providing personalized counselling. Key tasks include effectively communicating program offerings, addressing applicant queries, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students. The role also involves engaging with students to understand their career aspirations and recommending suitable programs.

Qualifications

Looking for Freshers only who are fresh college passouts

Skills in Interpersonal Communication and effective oral and written Communication

Strong Customer Service orientation to provide seamless assistance to students

Understanding of Sales principles to promote course programs and drive admissions

Knowledge of educational systems and the ability to guide students in their learning journey

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a high-paced environment

A Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred
