Legal Manager | Corporate Commercial | PQE : 10-15 yrs

Job Description

• Draft and review loan agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs standardize legal templates.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, and data protection laws.
• Provide legal guidance on lending products, financial regulations, and strategic partnerships.
• Support board / legal documentation and maintain governance standards.
• Handle SARFAESI, arbitration, cheque bounce, and civil / criminal cases coordinate with external counsel.

The Successful Applicant

A successful legal professional should have :

• A degree in law from a recognised institution.
• Experience in handling legal matters within the BFSI / NBFC space.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
