Event Vendor & Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and manage vendors for college activation projects across multiple locations.
• Negotiate costs, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain profitability on each project.
• Coordinate with the client servicing and production teams to understand requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, maintain cost sheets, and ensure accurate billing.
• Supervise event setup, branding installations, and logistics on ground.
• Maintain a database of vendors (fabricators, manpower suppliers, School & College vendors, logistics, printing, etc.) by region.
• Track and verify vendor invoices, payments, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met during activations.

Skills & Requirements

background in Event Management preferred.
