  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the E-Surveillance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent client relationship management skills, and experience in selling security solutions, CCTV, and remote monitoring services.
  • The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand market share.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in industries such as BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and logistics for E-Surveillance solutions.
    • Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Lead Generation & Conversion : Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Product Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in surveillance technology.
    • Proposal & Negotiation : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to clients.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Market Research : Gather insights on market demand, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
    • Key Requirements :

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in E-Surveillance, security solutions, or technology-based services.
    • Strong understanding of surveillance technologies, remote monitoring, and access control systems.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
