The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent client relationship management skills, and experience in selling security solutions, CCTV, and remote monitoring services.
The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in industries such as BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and logistics for E-Surveillance solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Lead Generation & Conversion : Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in surveillance technology.
Proposal & Negotiation : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Research : Gather insights on market demand, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Key Requirements :
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in E-Surveillance, security solutions, or technology-based services.
Strong understanding of surveillance technologies, remote monitoring, and access control systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as required.
