The opportunity

Adfactors PR’s Capital Markets Practice partners with India’s most ambitious companies on their growth and market journeys—advising boards, promoters, and investors on shaping narratives that move markets and build enduring reputation capital.

We are expanding our outreach team to engage senior market stakeholders and originate high-impact opportunities across India’s vibrant capital ecosystem.

This role blends financial acumen, market intelligence, and high-impact communication, offering a front-row seat to the evolution of India’s equity and investment landscape.

What you’ll do

• Build and sustain relationships with CXOs, promoters, private equity funds, investment bankers, law firms, and advisors.
• Scan capital-market developments—IPOs, M&A, and PE exits—to identify emerging opportunities across companies.
• Engage with listed entities seeking to strengthen their equity narrative, deepen investor relations, and reinforce market confidence.
• Drive structured outreach and relationship programs across the capital-markets ecosystem to unlock new business opportunities.
• Develop persuasive presentations and proposals—proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
• Collaborate with functional teams, including the Digital Reputation & Risk Practice, ESG Practice, and others, to deliver integrated, high-impact client solutions.
