Resonia is hiring for Chief Manager- Projects Substation.

Location - Beawar Rajasthan

Education - B.Tech / B.E- Electrical / Civil.

Exp- 14 years to 17 years

Role Summary- The Incumbent must have end to end Project execution in Substation- AIS and GIS from 400-765KV.

KRA- Its is nominated In-charge of SPTL for the Project site and made accountable for completion of the Projects within budgeted cost & time.

He is also responsible for all the stakeholder’s management, be it internal or external like EPC agencies, Government Statutory bodies, other TSPs (in case of bay extension), etc.

He is accountable for regular monitoring of site execution and maintaining quality & safety requirements at site as per set QHSE standard.

He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.

He is accountable for any deviations / changes taken by contracting agencies and ensure implementation of proper change control process for the same.

He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution activities.
