Laboratory Assistant

Role : Lab Assistant

Location : Bhopal

Experience : Minimum 1 year in a laboratory setup (preferably food biotech, microbiology, or plant sciences)

Employment Type : Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain key lab instruments : Laminar Flow Hood, 100L Autoclave, Centrifuge, and other equipment / glassware.
• Maintain strict lab hygiene and SOP compliance - non-negotiable at all times.
• Prepare media, cultures, and samples for ongoing R&D projects.
• Record sterilization logs, consumable use, and experiment data accurately.
• Assist in trials, formulation work, and quality testing related to microgreens and mushrooms.
• Support R&D leads in developing and scaling new formulations.
