Job Purpose
Performing quality audits for the records updated in global executive search database .
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Performing audits to ensuring Quality of information entered in the data base is free from error
- Team queries : Taking team queries to ensure data entered in the database is in sync with office guidelines / global data standards
- Quality Review : Based upon performance, identify team members and conduct quality review meetings
- Quality planning : Analyzing quality data and planning next steps to reduce error count
- Team Huddle : Prepare data and conduct team huddle including :
- Transfer knowledge – refresher / new guidelines received from offices
- Share best practices to avoid errors
- Present business case on client feedbacks and possible ways of avoiding them
- Team queries
- Publishing report : Compile and publish reports as per the process requirements
- Process training : Taking care of new joiners training for the CVC team
- Mentoring : Mentoring new joiners
- Interaction with Client : Communicate directly with client w.r.t query / clarity on request instructions
- Handling Client Escalation : Investigation of escalation, sharing feedback with the team member, taking correcting measure and sharing closure with the client
