We’re looking for a Frontend Developer Lead who can bring creativity, leadership, and technical excellence to our growing engineering team. You’ll lead the design and development of intuitive, high-performing, and scalable front-end applications that power RoadCast’s cutting-edge logistics platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and regular code reviews.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic user interfaces using Angular (version 10+) and modern web standards.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant and efficient user experiences.
• Drive architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance across applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and UI consistency.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth user interactions.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, product discussions, and technical documentation.
