Job description5+ years of experience in data engineering or platform operations. 3+ years of deep Snowflake hands-on experience (performance, security, cost). Strong skills in SQL, Python, Terraform / YAML, and Git workflows. Proven CI / CD and DevOps knowledge. Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Expert Data Engineer - Snowflake Specialist
This role involves designing, implementing, and managing data engineering pipelines using Snowflake as the primary data platform.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Develop robust ETL / ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or custom Python solutions.
- Lead Snowflake platform setup, environment provisioning, RBAC, and resource optimization efforts.
- Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Pulumi (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Build robust CI / CD pipelines and integrate with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Ensure data security, lineage tracking, and compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2 regulations.
