About The Role :
We are seeking a skilled Data Platform Engineer with strong expertise in AWS SysOps, Data Migration Service (DMS), data processing pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring data reliability, and delivering scalable solutions for enterprise-level data platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and operate AWS environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Design, configure, and maintain AWS DMS for seamless database migrations and data replication.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows for large-scale datasets.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for cost and performance.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and DevOps teams to deliver robust data solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for security, scalability, and disaster recovery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure and data platform operations.Strong experience in AWS SysOps administration.Hands-on expertise in AWS DMS for data migration and replication.Proficiency in building and managing ETL / data processing pipelines.Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS).Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.Exposure to big data tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, or Glue.Education :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Work Mode :
Onsite Gurgaon Office (Full-time presence required).
