CTC : 15-30 LPA depending on experience.

Role Overview

Helius Work is looking for an expert-level Backend Python Engineer to join our on-site engineering team in InfoCity, Gandhinagar.

This role demands strong hands-on experience in designing modular SDK architectures, building scalable APIs, and integrating open-source and M&A platforms.

You'll be a key contributor in architecting backend systems that power mission-critical platforms with full ownership, autonomy, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & develop high-performance backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Design componentized SDK architectures following SOLID principles for reusability and maintainability.
• Create and manage versioned APIs, SDKs, and modular backend packages.
• Integrate with open-source systems, healthcare data platforms, and M&A ecosystems.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from architecture & coding to deployment & maintenance.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and scalability, particularly for healthcare-grade solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver world-class results.
• Act as a technical owner make architectural decisions and drive innovation.
