The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry and a proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. This role is crucial for identifying new opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer complaints.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Business Development & Sales :
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge :Professional experience in the BFSI industry .Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations .Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Skills Required
